Confederation Hockey Club Refund Policy

  • Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club PRIOR TO ANY EVALUATIONS may apply for a refund of 100% of fees minus $25 Administration Fee.
  • Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club PRIOR TO PLACEMENT ON A TEAM, BUT AFTER EVALUATIONS HAVE STARTED may apply for a refund of 80% of fees minus $25 Administration Fee.
  • Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club AFTER PLACEMENT ON A TEAM BY THE CATEGORY DIRECTOR(S) OR AFTER EVALUATIONS will be INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND.

 

  • For the 2021-2022 Season the Confederation Hockey Club Refund Policy will apply for families cancelling their own players registration.

 

Update for 2021-2022

Players in U7 SR Timbits, U9, U11, and U13 that withdrawl on or before September 30, 2021 for COVID reasons are eligible to apply for a refund of 80% of fees minus $25 Administration Fee.

Players in U7 JR Timbits and U7 Discovery that withdrawl on or before September 30, 2021 for COVID reasons are eligible to apply for a refund of 100% of fees minus $25 Administration Fee.
