Hockey Equipment
Your child will need the hockey equipment listed below. It is personal choice to purchase new or used hockey equipment. Equipment chosen should be intended for use for ice hockey.
- CSA approved helmet and full‐cage mask
- mouth guard (optional, but recommended)
- hockey neck guard
- hockey shoulder pads
- hockey elbow pads
- hockey practice jersey (SR Timbits and up)
- hockey gloves
- hockey pants
- athletic cup
- hockey shin pads
- hockey socks
- hockey skates (please have them sharpened)
- hockey stick
- tape for hockey stick and
- hockey equipment bag
Goalie Equipment
Did you know that Confed Hockey supplies goalie equipment for our goalies?!
There is no charge. Simply leave a deposit cheque with the Equipment Team in the event something happens to the equipment.
No need, to purchase your own goal equipment for your child to be a goalie - we have:
- custom Confed colour pads,
- custom Confed colour blocker and catcher
- body armour
- neck protectors
Any of our players can sign out available goalie equipment for the winter season - as well as for Spring and Summer Ice Hockey camps and teams - no ball hockey, ice only.
