Payment Options and Online Payment Security

Online Credit Card Payment (Visa or MasterCard)

Using online credit card payment is absolutely safe. Confederation Hockey Club secures your personal information from any unauthorized use.

Confederation Hockey Club has used QuickEnrollment™, an industry leader in providing online security services to protect all your credit card transactions, for the last eight years. Confederation Hockey Club also has an agreement with Global Payments Inc™, which is affiliated with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. They provide advanced information management solutions linked to payment processing.

Online payment by credit card will be processed upon registration, you will have the option to pay in TWO payments (all categories), THREE payments (U9, U11, U13) or FIVE payments (U9, U11, U13). Five payments apply to regular programming only. Three payments only apply to registrations received by August 31, 2020.

For the 2020-2021 Season we ask that you do not pay in full during June, July, or August.

There will be a minimum payment for all players at time of registration. U7 programs to pay $50 and U9, U11, and U13 programs to pay $100 until September 1.

The second payment is due September 1, 2020. If three or more payments chosen the payments are on October 1, November 1, and December 1.

Payment by Cheque

Cheques returned NSF or otherwise will result in an $20 NSF Fee.

Registration can be completed online with Cheque chosen as the Payment method. Cheques must be submitted within 7 days of online registration.

Payment by cheque can be in full for post dated September 1, 2020 (or earlier) OR 50% September 1, 2020 (or earlier) and 50% October 1, 2020 (or earlier). If the cheques are dated on dates other than those listed we will make every effort to deposit them within two weeks of the date.

Payment by E-Transfer

Registration can be completed online and paid by E-Transfer. As Hockey Canada does not currently have E-Transfer as an option on their online registration system, please select Cheque as your payment method when you are paying by E-Transfer.

Payment by e-transfer should be made using the minimal deposit of $50 (for U7) and $100 (for U9, U11, and U13) at time of registration and the balance paid September 1, 2020.

Note: the receipt will display a payment amount of $0 until your cheque, credit card, or e-transfer payment has been received and processed by Confederation Hockey Club.
