Refund Policy

Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club PRIOR TO PLACEMENT ON A TEAM may apply for a refund of 80% of fees.  Players who withdraw after placement on a team by the Category Director(s) will be INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND. In certain circumstances, we have been more flexible with younger players.

Acceptance Policy

It is important to note that ALL registrants are only accepted once all conditions are met. For example, some of the conditions which must be met include: acceptable payment received; Community League Membership information provided; and new players will have supplied copies of their birth certificate, documentation of residency and AB Health Care #.

Once all conditions have been met, you will receive our OFFICIAL ACCEPTANCE of your child into Confederation Hockey Club by email. If you have not received confirmation of your acceptance within 2 weeks of supplying us with all information we require, please contact us at: registrar@confedhockey.org.
