I chose cheque payment when I registered. I have changed my mind, I would rather pay by online credit card. How do I do this?

How do I know my registration is confirmed?
When you submit your registration form on line, you will receive two emails. The first email will be a copy of your invoice or payment confirmation. The second will be your official confirmation of acceptance into Confederation Hockey Club. You can print this email on your computer and keep it for your records. If you do not have an email address, then you will receive a phone call.
When will I be contacted as to what team my child is on?
Evaluations for Novice, Atom & Peewee will begin the Monday of the Labour Day long weekend in September. Goalie evaluations will commence the first week following Labour Day. Skate times will be posted online, though skate times for the first skate only will be communicated via phone messages as well. Everyone should be contacted by the Friday before Labour Day. PreNovice and Bantam evaluations will likely begin the second week of September, Initiation I will begin in early October. If you have not been contacted by an appropriate date, and the necessary information is not on our “News and Events” web page, please email or phone the appropriate category director – contact information is available on the Confederation Hockey Club website by looking for “Executives / Contact”. Be sure to include your child’s name, age and your phone number. Please do not phone prior to the start of the Labour Day long weekend.
When does the hockey season start?
Teams will be determined shortly after the final evaluation. You should be contacted within a week of evaluations being completed.
Can I specify a certain coach or team that I want my child to play for?
Edmonton Minor Hockey Association requires that we tier players based on their skill level. You will only get a certain coach if your child is tiered to the same level that the person is coaching.
Can I request that my child play with his friend?
You can request that your child play with other players but we cannot guarantee they will play together unless they are of a similar skill level because of EMHA tiering policies. In addition, the link has to be identified by both parties (i.e., reciprocal). In PreNovice, we attempt to create equal teams of players with varying skill levels so there is a greater chance that your child can play with friends.
What documentation do I need if I want to coach?
Our policies and information needed for coaching can be found on our website under “Team Officials”. Note some of these instructions need updating (by June 10th).
Where do I sign up to be a coach?
Our policies and information needed for coaching can be found on our website under “Team Officials”. Some ofthese instructions require updating (by June 10th). Please indicate you are interested in coaching when you register your child or either phone or email the appropriate category director. Contact information for category directors is available on our website under the “Executives / Contact” tab.
How will I find out my child's league schedule?
Game schedules will be posted on the EMHA website, while practice & game schedules will be communicated to you by your team’s coach and/or manager.
I am moving to a new home. What address do I put on the form if we have not moved yet?
Please use your new address when registering. EMHA rules state residency from where you live on September 1st. All new players will have to provide proof of residency. If you do not have your new phone number as yet - put in the phone number you have now and email registrar@confedhockey.org with your new phone number. It is the member’s responsibility to notify the hockey office in the event of move or contact information needs to be updated.
For any other questions please email registrar@confedhockey.org.
