2017-18 Confederation Hockey Registration Package

Please review the Registration pages posted on this site for all Registration Requirements.

In order for a registration to be accepted the Registration form or online submission must be completed in full, with any necessary documents, and payment included.

Hockey Alberta has mandated that all families must have completed the RIS Parent Course. *See RIS Parent Page.

You may only register with Confederation Hockey if you reside within the Confederation area of the SWZ (South West Zone) of Edmonton on September 1, 2017. Please see 'Service Area' for list of communities.

New Players can register online, at the in-person day, or by mail. Registrations must include a copy of Birth Certificate OR Passport AND a copy of Alberta Health Care Card AND Proof of Residency (recent utility bill, must be power, water, or gas in parents name). New Players are not subject to a late registration fee.

Transferring players must register by paper. Players transferring from another club are also considered new players and need to provide the same documentation listed above AS WELL AS a Parent Declaration form. Parent Declaration forms can be found under Forms and Documents on our website. Please list the previous club on the registration form.
