» I forgot my password. How do I find it?

Click on the “Forgot your password?” link located on the Registration page. You will be asked to enter your email address to verify your identity. The password will be emailed to you.If you do not receive an email within minutes, then you do not have an account with that email address.

» How will I receive my password if my email address has changed from last year?

Please contact the Registrar for assistance in this case.

» Is there a way of changing my password?

Yes. You must first log in to access your registration Account. Click on "My Account" and then "Change My Password"

» I could not print my invoice/confirmation page. Is there a way of printing my invoice after I have already registered?

Yes. If you log back into your Account and go to "Order History" you will then be able to print a receipt or email yourself a copy from there.

» I chose cheque payment when I registered. I have changed my mind, I would rather pay by online credit card. How do I do this?
