Confederation Hockey Evaluation Information -  After many hours of effort by the Evaluation Committee in conjunction with the Category Directors and a few outside experts, a new Evaluation framework was created for the 2006-2007 season.  With a focus on greater fairness, consistency and transparency, the framework was implemented and has been modified each subsequent season based on feedback from parents, coaches and other members of the hockey club.  For the 2009-2010 season, the most notable change will be the use of independent, paid third party evaluators for all sessions, in all categories.  The framework is detailed in the Evaluation Guidelines, a link to which is provided below.  Please ensure that you review this document, as it will assist you in understanding the evaluation process, team creation and tiering within the EMHA system.
