- Provide lists of players to directors and any late registrants
- Collect team list from directors and team officials to be entered on hard cards in EMHA data base

Bingo Coordinator
- Contact members of bingo dates and confirm that workers are scheduled for the appropriate dates
Equipment Director
- Make available to directors necessary equipment required for evaluations
- Assign required goal equipment, pinnies, pucks, medical kits and jerseys
- Supply team socks to all teams
- Evaluate and purchase inventory as required
- Maintain records on team equipment assignments
- Coordinate the return of equipment at season end
- Report to budget committee equipment requirements for the next season

Christmas Tournament Director
- Secure ice for tournament based on maximum team registration as determined by committee
- Apply for tournament sanction through EMHA
- Recruit rink managers
- Chair tournament meetings in preparation of tournament (medals, t-shirts, referees, program advertising, necessary confectionary items ordered and delivered)
- Liaise with SWZ referee coordinator to ensure referee requirement can be met
- Liaise with tournament scheduler (Denshel)
- Appoint tournament discipline committee ( advise teams of suspensions – daily)
- Compile tournament report with all suspensions/incidents immediately following tournament (information to directors is critical prior to resumption of league play)

Ice Allocator
- Meet with SWZ ice allocator and SWAT allocator to cut pre-season ice
- Confirm contract status with private ice venues; NAIT and Argyle prior to season start up
- Chair pre-season meeting with directors to determine evaluation ice requirements
- Meet with SWZ ice allocator to confirm “extra ice” allotment
- Review, revise and assign practice ice for all Confederation teams
- Make available “extra ice” for sale and invoice users accordingly

Club Development
- The scope of this portfolio is quite large and for all intents and purposes would be best served by more than one individual and with the possibility that some components of development would be supplied for a fee (honorarium)
- Open to the imagination, but typically the following needs to be covered: o provide assistance for coaches and players in the area of development o organize on and off ice seminars/sessions o advise and direct coaches to appropriate training/certification program o provide necessary aids for coaching, ie: skills manuals, practice boards o coach mentoring o goalie evaluation, training
Club Image
- Supply club apparel to players, coaches, parents which display the Confed logo proudly
- Email teams with updates on items available and search for specialty items
- Organize a photographer to take the clubs team photos
- Help Sponsorship Coordinator deal with Club sponsors, find information she needs to answer their questions
- Help with the volunteer dinner, name is on the invitations
- Update website items displaying club apparel

Initiation Director
- Attend registration dates
- Communicate ice requirements and times to SWZ ice allocator
- Assess program needs with regard to on ice instruction and employ services of instructors accordingly

- Communicate with photographer and parents on date for player pictures (should be early enough so that pictures are ready prior to Christmas)

Category Director – Novice, Atom, Peewee and Bantam
- Attend registration dates
- Prepare database with evaluations from previous season’s players

- Assign players to evaluation sessions
- Ensure equipment required for evaluations has been secured (pinnies, pucks etc.)

- Select head coaches based on selection criteria

Players will need to be sure they have their names registered with Confederation to ensure of their placement once/if they are released from SSAC
